A point of clarification, the new members must be submitted between August 1 and September 30 to qualify for the Smedley Award.

I also encourage the clubs to go for the Toastmasters Timing Device which I will award to the club with the highest number of new members in the District. To win, the club must have the most number of new members from July 1 to September 30. The club must have at least 10 new members to qualify.

and she will be happy to make the needed correction asap. Always remember to indicate your club and district number. Remember, it is your responsibility as a club officer to note the needed correction and notify Ti, not your area governor or any district officer!
